Refund Policy

Annual membership costs ₹999. It covers a twelve-month period from the date your Correspondent ID is issued.

If your application is rejected

If your application is rejected during verification, your membership fee is refunded in full within 7 business days, minus any non-refundable payment-gateway charge.

If you withdraw before verification is complete

You may request a full refund at any time before your ID has been issued.

After ID issuance

Once your ID has been issued, memberships are non-refundable. If your ID is later revoked for cause (e.g. misrepresentation, fabricated reporting), no refund is due.
