What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone.
- Correspondent application: date of birth, address, PIN code, uploaded photograph, uploaded government ID, and two reference contacts.
- Payment metadata (not card details) from our payment provider.
- Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security.
Who sees what
- Public: published article bylines (name + region), and — for the ID verification page — name, region, role, and status.
- Admin / editors: uploaded government ID and reference contacts, for identity verification only.
- Government IDs and reference contacts are never shown publicly.
Retention
We retain application documents for as long as an ID is active, plus one year, after which they are deleted.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting NH Media Zone.
